At Fyntherokhorol, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with EU consumer protection laws and Finnish legislation.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

2.1 14-Day Withdrawal Period

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name/order number], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Consumer name and address. Date and signature."

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Conditions for Returns

3.1 Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3.2 Not Eligible for Return

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened food supplement products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that have been tampered with

This exclusion is permitted under Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

4. Return Process

4.1 Steps to Return

  2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the product to the address provided
  5. Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return

4.2 Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Where legally required, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5.2 Refund Amount

We will refund the full amount paid for the product, including the original delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).

5.3 Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds in cases where the product shows signs of use or is not in its original condition through no fault of ours.

You are only liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

6.1 Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6.2 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you are entitled to:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund including return shipping costs

Please contact us immediately if you believe you have received a defective product.

7. Order Cancellation

7.1 Before Shipping

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting us at cooperation@fyntherokhorol.world. We will issue a full refund for cancelled orders.

7.2 After Shipping

If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery or return the unopened package according to our return policy.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

9. Legal Guarantee

In addition to your right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. If a product is not in conformity with the contract within two years of delivery, you may be entitled to have the product repaired, replaced, or receive a price reduction or full refund.

If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may contact the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV) for consumer guidance. Cross-border EU consumers may also access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where available.
